Special Education Parents
Campus Parent Representative Group – for parents with children in Special Education
Campus Parent Representative Program (CPR) is a collaborative effort between AISD’s FASST (Family and School Support Team) and SEAC (Special Education Advisory Committee). The purpose is to improve communication with parents, increase parent ARD attendance, educate and better support parents of students in special
education. The trained parent volunteers (CPR) are available to facilitate information between parents and the special education staff in accordance with AISD privacy regulations and FERPA requirements. The CPRs hold meetings with parents to help answer questions and provide information on resources and services available within AISD and the community. All CPR candidates attend a training program.
